Flavour Profile

Native Pink Gin is a super dry style gin, made with Australian native Juniper, and everyone seems to get something different from it! Some people get fruit (we soak the gin in Quandong after it’s distilled), some get citrus (the grapefruit can come through at the back), whilst mandarin offers a florally citrus pop.

This pairing with quandong soda is a unique match made in heaven! The soda accentuates the subtle quandong notes already absorbed into the gin, adding a bit of tarty tang. The result is a super refreshing, light premixed drink that goes down a treat.
