What happens when whisky and coffee have a baby?

Barrel Brew.

This all started from playing around with barrel aged gins, and becoming obsessed with how different barrels transform flavours. That passion turned into our first crack at making our own whiskies.

The next step for us?

Our little science experiment - to find the right blend of our favourite flavour (coffee) with our new obsession (whisky), just like we did with Ginspresso.

Honestly, we’re super happy with how it’s turned out!
Flavour profile

Barrel Brew brings together two things we love: great whisky and exceptional coffee. We've infused our own house-made whisky with real cold brew coffee sourced locally here in Adelaide. This delivers a richer, more authentic coffee flavour than some of the overly sweet coffee liqueurs you might've tried before. Every ingredient is there for a reason, creating a liqueur that's smooth, balanced and super cosy.

Expect some smooth whisky warmth and subtle spice, hints of vanilla and chocolate, and a long, velvety finish that lingers beautifully. Sip it neat, pour it over ice, add a splash of milk, or enjoy it however else you please!
