This one’s super simple, super refreshing, and goes down very easily on a hot day. Basically a classic Collins… but better.
Cherry Collins Recipe
You'll need:
- 60ml Native Pink Gin
- 3 cherries (halved, stones out)
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml sugar syrup (1:1)
- Ice
- Soda water
How to make it:
- Chuck cherries in a shaker and muddle them up.
- Add gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Add ice and shake till cold.
- Strain into a tall glass over ice.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with a few cherry slices.
Why It Works
