Coffee Gin!
Ginspresso started pretty simply - we love gin (clearly) and we love espresso martinis... so we thought, how could we mash 'em together?
We originally planned it to be more of a cocktail mixer, but it turned out so smooth that most people just drink it straight over ice.
That means no shaker, no mess and absolutely no fuss.
After it took off, we started playing around with new flavours - that's where Salted Caramel and Chocolate come into it. They're all built on the same authentic cold brew coffee base (cheers to BLK MRKT for our locally-sourced beans!) - but they both take on a whole new life.

A Few Quick Questions
What is Ginspresso?
Ginspresso is our coffee gin liqueur made to simplify espresso martinis at home. Instead of needing fresh coffee, multiple ingredients, and a shaker - it’s all built into the bottle. Smooth, rich, and ready to go. Most people end up skipping the cocktail altogether and just pouring it over ice.
In addition to the original coffee liqueur, we've also added Salted Caramel and Chocolate varieties, so if you've got a sweet tooth these might be worth checking out first.
How do I drink Ginspresso?
The beauty of Ginspresso is how easy and versatile it is:
- Over ice or neat
- Ginspresso martini: shaken with espresso, vodka and ice
- With splash of milk
- Over ice cream
- In a tiramisu or cheesecake
- White Russian: with cream and vodka
- Black Russian: with cola
- With Baileys-style cream liqueur
We recommend just cracking it open and pouring straight over ice, or with a splash of milk. It's an absolute dream for entertaining or quietly tucking into after dinner. No bar skills needed!
What does Ginspresso taste like?
Think espresso martini in a bottle. Real coffee flavour, a smooth sweetness, and a clean finish. Some people are a little apprehensive about the gin when they first see it, but you'll be amazed how subtle it is. It just sits in the background, adding a nice little edge but letting the coffee shine through.
Each flavour adds its own twist: from classic coffee to salted caramel or chocolate dessert vibes.
I don’t like gin - will I like this?
Probably, yeah. Ginspresso doesn’t taste like a traditional gin (it's much more on the classic espresso martini side than the gin side). It's made with real cold brew coffee, and that rich espresso flavour does most of the heavy lifting, so you’re not getting that strong juniper hit.
It drinks more like a smooth coffee liqueur, just with a cleaner finish. We've had so many “non-gin” drinkers end up loving it.
