Lychee Lass

Bit fancy, bit fruity, bit frothy on top - this one’s our take on a Pink Lady, just with a lychee twist.

It’s got that smooth foam, a little citrus bite, and just enough sweetness to keep things interesting. Looks cute, drinks even better.

 

Lychee Lass Recipe

You'll need:

  • 45ml Native Pink Gin
  • 20ml lychee liqueur
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 10ml grenadine
  • 6 drops Wonderfoam (or egg white/aquafaba if you’re that way inclined)
  • Ice

How to make it:

  • Chuck everything into a shaker.
  • Shake it properly (don’t be shy) until cold and foamy.
  • Strain into your favourite glass.
  • Admire foam. Drink.

 

Why It Works

You’ve got citrus, floral lychee, a bit of sweetness from the grenadine, and that silky foam tying it all together. Native Pink Gin does its thing underneath with that bright, slightly tart profile.
