Shake 60ml whisky, 30ml fresh lemon juice, 20ml sugar syrup and egg white with ice. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with lemon or cherry.
Build in the glass with 60ml whisky, 10ml sugar syrup, 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters and orange peel, over a large ice cube.
