This one’s got a bit going on… but it’s worth it.

Jam, citrus, bubbles - bit sweet, bit tangy, then that dry Prosecco finish. Kinda feels like a Christmas drink, but honestly works anytime.

 

Cosmonaut x Sabot Recipe

You'll need:

  • 30ml Native Pink Gin
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 3 barspoons raspberry jam
  • 15ml egg white (or aquafaba)
  • 75ml Prosecco rosé
  • Ice
  • Freeze dried raspberry powder (for dusting)

How to make it:

  • Add gin, lemon, jam and egg white to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake hard till cold and foamy.
  • Fine strain into a coupe glass.
  • Top with Prosecco rosé.
  • Dust with raspberry powder. Done.

 

Why It Works

Jam brings the sweetness, lemon cuts through it, gin keeps it fresh, then the Prosecco dries it out at the end so it’s not too heavy.
