You'll need:
- 30ml Native Pink Gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 3 barspoons raspberry jam
- 15ml egg white (or aquafaba)
- 75ml Prosecco rosé
- Ice
- Freeze dried raspberry powder (for dusting)
How to make it:
- Add gin, lemon, jam and egg white to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard till cold and foamy.
- Fine strain into a coupe glass.
- Top with Prosecco rosé.
- Dust with raspberry powder. Done.
