How long does shipping take?
We aim to get your order out the door fast - most orders are dispatched within 1 business day from our Adelaide warehouse.
Shipping is handled by Australia Post, so delivery times depend on your location:
- Adelaide Metro: as quick as 1-2 business days
- Other Metro areas: typically 2–6 business days
- Remote areas: may take a little longer
Please note these timeframes are estimates only. During busy periods (like sales or Christmas), deliveries can take a bit longer than usual.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $90 receive free shipping. For smaller orders, we offer flat-rate shipping of $10.99 for Australia Post standard delivery.
When will my order be dispatched?
We generally aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day.
Please note that during sales or high-volume periods you can expect slight delays in shipping timeframes, both in dispatch on our end, and also in delivery from Australia Post.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yep! We ship Australia-wide using a specialist alcohol delivery service through Australia Post.
Can I track my order?
All orders are sent via Australia Post, and a tracking number is automatically generated from their end when we put the parcel into their system. You should then receive tracking details from Australia Post once the order is dispatched, but the system isn't perfect and there are times where the tracking number is not sent.
If you have any issues with tracking your order after we have dispatched it, please email us at cheers@heapsgoodspirits.com.au and we will do our best to help.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to help - email us ASAP at cheers@heapsgoodspirits.com.au. We can't assist in all cases, but we will do our best!
Refunds
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
If anything’s not quite right with your order, flick us an email at cheers@heapsgoodspirits.com.au (or message us on Facebook) and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
We use a specific Australia Post service that is designed for alcoholic beverage delivery, so we don’t have many issues at all regarding missing or damaged deliveries. But once your order arrives, be sure to check it right away for damage or missing items just in case.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at cheers@heapsgoodspirits.com.au within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage so we can investigate and fix it quickly.
Failure to notify us promptly after receiving the order may negate your right to free replacement or credit note for the amount of the affected purchase.
What if something is missing or incorrect?
If anything’s missing or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 business days of receiving your order so we can look into it and make it right.

Do you offer refunds?
We’ll always try to replace the product first. Refunds are only offered if a replacement isn’t available (like limited releases) and a credit note doesn’t work for you.
Can I get a replacement or credit if I report an issue late?
We’ll always do our best to help, but reporting issues outside the timeframes (3 days for damage, 7 days for order issues) may affect your eligibility for a replacement or credit.
Please always check your order upon delivery, and ensure that if there are any issues you email us at cheers@heapsgoodspirits.com.au within the required timeframe.

Visiting & Tastings
Can I try your spirits before buying?
Yep! If you're nearby, you can visit our Hahndorf tasting room, located at Shop 2/57 Mount Barker Rd, Hahndorf, SA, 5245. We offer tasting paddles, cocktails, as well as bottle sales. Visit this page for more info and opening hours.
Otherwise, we often pop up at gin festivals and Royal Shows doing free tastings, so keep an eye out - you never know where you might spot us!

What are your tasting room opening hours?
The opening hours at our Hahndorf tasting room can vary seasonally, so be sure to check out the current times on our Visit Us page.
Are bookings required to visit your tasting room?
Bookings are not generally necessary, most people just pop right in! However, we do have a strict capacity limit of 20 people at a time due to the venue's size and the related liquor licensing regulations.
So, if you are planning on visiting with a large group (say 10+ people or thereabouts), it might be a good shout to just ring ahead and make sure we can accomodate you.

Is your tasting room child friendly?
Yes! We have a child-friendly play area designed to keep them entertained. We also offer kids' tasting paddles, with a selection of soft drinks, flavoured milks, cookies and other snacks for them to tuck into!
Do you serve food at your tasting room?
Yes! We have some snack food available for purchase, but if you're needing something a bit heavier we're happy to give you a recommendation - there's so many gorgeous places to eat that are just a short walk way.

You’ll find us at our Hahndorf tasting room and in select bottle shops across South Australia (and increasingly interstate).

Where are you based?
We’re proudly based in South Australia - distilling, bottling, warehousing and shipping all our products in Adelaide. Our tasting room is right in the heart of Hahndorf.
South Australia isn't just the place we happen to be, it's been central to our brand right from the very start. We set out to highlight the very best local produce from right across the state, and aim to have a "Taste of SA" in every bottle.
