Fresh, fizzy and honestly way too easy to smash… this Blood Orange Gin Spritz is one of those drinks that somehow disappears very quickly.
It’s got that perfect balance... citrusy, slightly bitter, a bit sweet, and super refreshing. Plus it looks the part too (always helps).
(Hot tip: scale up the recipe and make them by the jug!)
Blood Orange Gin Spritz Recipe
You'll need:
- 45ml Native Pink Gin
- 45ml blood orange syrup / shrub / cordial (or blood orange liqueur if that’s what you’ve got)
- 90ml Prosecco
- Ice
- Mint / citrus / strawberries (whatever’s lying around)
- Splash of soda
How to make it:
- Big glass. Lots of ice.
- Pour in gin + blood orange.
- Add Prosecco.
- Top with soda.
- Chuck some garnish on top. Done.
Why It Works
Native Pink Gin already brings the citrus and a bit of that native twist, then the blood orange just takes it up a notch. Prosecco + soda keeps it light so you can have… a couple. It's super refreshing and absolutely delish!
