Native Pink Gin & Prosecco Recipe
You'll need:
- 30ml Native Pink Gin
- 15ml grapefruit & bitters aperitivo
- 15ml muscat
- 7.5ml strawberry syrup
- Top with Prosecco
How to make it:
- Add everything except Prosecco into a glass or shaker with ice.
- Give it a quick mix/shake.
- Top with Prosecco.
- Done. Sit down, don’t overthink it.
Why It Works
Bitterness from the aperitivo, sweetness from the muscat + strawberry, then Prosecco lifts the whole thing so it’s not heavy.
