Native Pink Gin & Prosecco Recipe

You'll need:

  • 30ml Native Pink Gin
  • 15ml grapefruit & bitters aperitivo
  • 15ml muscat
  • 7.5ml strawberry syrup
  • Top with Prosecco

How to make it:

  • Add everything except Prosecco into a glass or shaker with ice.
  • Give it a quick mix/shake.
  • Top with Prosecco.
  • Done. Sit down, don’t overthink it.

 

Why It Works

Bitterness from the aperitivo, sweetness from the muscat + strawberry, then Prosecco lifts the whole thing so it’s not heavy.
