Choc Mint Gin Liqueur is seriously dessert in a glass! It brings together rich milk chocolate, cool peppermint and a proper juniper-led gin base… aaaaaand somehow it just works. The first impression is smooth cocoa depth, followed by that clean, refreshing mint lift that runs bright and crisp through the middle.

What makes it interesting is the gin. The juniper doesn’t sit in the background, it threads through the mint beautifully, amplifying its freshness and giving the whole thing structure. It adds a subtle piney sharpness that stops the chocolate and mint from feeling heavy, turning what could be an overbearing sweetness into something balanced and surprisingly refined.

It’s a flavour combo you might not expect to see in a gin liqueur, but once you taste how the juniper and mint play together, it makes perfect sense.
