Aero Cocktail with Cream Recipe

You'll need:

  • 60 ml Choc Mint Gin Liqueur
  • 30 ml milk
  • Crushed ice
  • Chocolate topping sauce (e.g. Ice Magic or Hershey’s)
  • Whipped cream
  • Aero bar (to garnish)

How to make it:

  • Add the Choc Mint Gin Liqueur, milk and crushed ice to a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake well until chilled and fully combined.
  • Drizzle chocolate topping sauce in streaks around the inside of your serving glass.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  • Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream.
  • Crush the Aero bar and sprinkle over the top to garnish.
