Apple Pie Highball Pour 45ml whisky and 90ml cloudy apple juice into a tall glass over ice, then top with ginger ale. Garnish with cinnamon or fresh apple.
Whisky Sour Shake 60ml whisky, 30ml fresh lemon juice, 20ml sugar syrup and egg white with ice. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with lemon or cherry.
Whisky Old Fashioned Build in the glass with 60ml whisky, 10ml sugar syrup, 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters and orange peel, over a large ice cube.
