The Apple Pie Highball is proof that whisky cocktails don’t need to be complicated.
Just whisky, apple juice and ginger ale - but somehow it tastes like warm apple pie in a glass!
It’s fresh, smooth, moreish and works surprisingly well across the entire Whisky Exploration Series. Rich and dessert-like with Tawny Cask, subtly smoky with Light Peat, or full campfire energy with Mallee Smoke.

Which Whisky Works Best?
Tawny Cask is the easiest and most crowd-pleasing version. Tastes rich, smooth and dessert-like... proper liquid apple pie energy.
Light Peat gets way more interesting. The ginger and apple soften the smoke, while the peat adds this subtle smoky baked-apple thing underneath. It almost feels like smoked apple crumble.
Mallee Smoke turns into a darker, smokier winter-style highball. Feels like sitting around a fire pit.
