After years of plying our trade on gins, then vodkas, and then playing around with agave... whisky feels like a pretty natural progression for us.

As our palates have evolved (largely from our journey with producing barrel aged gins), we've become obsessed with experimenting with flavour, barrels, smoke, oak and maturation!

This series is our playground for honing our whisky craft.

Every release is a small-batch exploration into how different barrels, finishes, and techniques can completely transform a whisky. Some releases are bold, some subtle, and some end up nothing like we expected - which is half the fun.
Flavour profile

A smooth and flavour-rich Australian whisky, finished in a tawny port cask for layers of caramel, dried fruit and gentle spice. Approachable in style, with enough depth to keep whisky lovers coming back.

  • Nose: Caramel, raisin, toffee, soft oak
  • Palate: Rich dried fruit, burnt sugar, subtle spice, rounded mouthfeel
  • Finish: Long, smooth and slightly sweet with lingering oak and spice

We always recommend trying it neat first, then over ice, then with a mixer if that’s your thing. There’s no wrong way to drink whisky!
