This is the indulgent one. Finished in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels, this gin takes on deep, dark flavours and a seriously lush mouthfeel. It’s rich, bold and designed for sipping - perfect if you like your spirits on the darker, dessert-leaning side.

Serve neat as a sipping gin, or in a dessert-style cocktail.

Flavour Profile

Big notes of raisin, molasses and cocoa up front, followed by a full, velvety palate of dried fruit, toffee, spice and oak. Long, smooth and gently sweet on the finish.

Like all our Barrel Aged Gins to date, we've used our flagship Heaps Good Gin as the base, which is an Australian contemporary style gin. It's juniper-forward, with a bright citrus character that takes on new life when aged in the barrel.
