We created this special spritz for the Bloom event at the Adelaide Hills Convention Centre, where Heaps Good Spirits is proud to be the Official Spirits Partner.
The Easy-Peasy Version
Our Native Pink Gin & Quandong Soda Tinnies bring together our delicious pink gin and native quandong flavours in one convenient little can.
All you need to do is:
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour in your Native Pink Gin & Quandong Soda Tinny.
- Top with a generous splash of chilled Prosecco.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries.
That's it! No syrups, no measuring, no fuss. Just a deliciously bubbly pink spritz in seconds.

Bloom Spritz Recipe (Full Version)
You'll need:
- 60ml Native Pink Gin
- 90ml Prosecco
- 30ml soda water
- 10–15ml quandong syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice
- Fresh strawberries to garnish
How to make it:
- Grab a large wine glass and fill it with plenty of ice.
- Pour in your Native Pink Gin and quandong syrup.
- Add your Prosecco and top with soda water.
- Give it a gentle stir, garnish and enjoy!
