Description

Aged in ex-Muscat barrels, this one leans a little sweeter and a lot more aromatic than our drier barrel-aged gins. Muscat barrels bring soft florals and fruit-driven richness, rounding out the botanicals and giving this gin a smooth, approachable vibe without tipping into liqueur territory.

Serve over ice with a twist of orange, or as a richer twist on a gin old fashioned.

Flavour Profile

Lifted aromas of orange blossom, honey and dried stone fruit lead into a smooth palate of citrus, gentle muscat sweetness and light oak. Soft, warming and easy-drinking with a lingering honeyed finish.

Like all our Barrel Aged Gins to date, we've used our flagship Heaps Good Gin as the base, which is an Australian contemporary style gin. It's juniper-forward, with a bright citrus character that takes on new life when aged in the barrel.
