Okayyyy this one's basically dessert with booze in it... and we're absolutely fine with that. Chocolate Ginspresso, Baileys, vodka, cream AND ice cream. She's not subtle.
This recipe makes 2 very generous serves, perfect for sharing. Or not. We don't judge.
Choc Ginspresso Mudslide Recipe
You'll need:
- 90ml Chocolate Ginspresso
- 60ml vodka
- 60ml Baileys
- 60ml cream
- 30ml chocolate syrup, plus extra for the glasses
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups ice
How to make it:
- Add all of the Chocolate Ginspresso, vodka, Baileys, cream, chocolate syrup, vanilla ice cream and ice into a blender.
- Blitz until thick, smooth and delicious.
- Divide between your glasses.
- Top each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and another drizzle of chocolate syrup.

The Chocolate Ginspresso brings the coffee and chocolate, Baileys makes everything ridiculously creamy, and then we went and added actual ice cream because apparently we have no self-control.
