If you’re not sure where to start with our barrel aged range, start here. Aged in ex-Canasta Cream sherry barrels, this gin is all about balance. It’s smooth, rounded and super approachable, with just enough sweetness and oak to keep things interesting.

Serve over ice with a slice of orange, or as a smooth, elevated G&T.

Flavour Profile

Caramelised orange, vanilla and dried fruit on the nose, leading into a balanced palate of gentle sweetness, bright citrus, light spice and soft oak. Smooth, mellow and very easy to enjoy.

Like all our Barrel Aged Gins to date, we've used our flagship Heaps Good Gin as the base, which is an Australian contemporary style gin. It's juniper-forward, with a bright citrus character that takes on new life when aged in the barrel.
