Flavour Profile

Lemon & Tangelo Cello offers a fresh and vibrant flavour profile, combining the tangy zest of lemon with the juicy sweetness of tangelo. And if you’re wondering what a tangelo actually tastes like – imagine a mix between a tangerine and a grapefruit. They have a really nice balance between sweetness and tanginess, making them so refreshing and perfect for a drink like this! Those two gorgeous fruits are balanced out with a smooth gin base. It’s bright and citrusy, yet smooth enough to sip straight over ice. Otherwise try topping with soda, or adding a twist to your favourite spritz or cocktail!

As with our original Heaps Good Cello, we’ve used local citrus to pack this one with flavour! Our lemons and tangelos are sourced from the Riverland region right here in South Australia.
