Heaps Good Cello is our take on the popular Italian liqueur, Limoncello.

Sometimes limoncello can sorta smack you in the mouth with a citrus/alcoholic one-two combo. So we’ve softened it right down by blending a lineup of South Australian grown Lemon, Orange and Ruby Red Grapefruit!

The result?

An SA-style cello, with the perfect amount of citrus and sweet, plus a velvety, smooth mouth feel that has become the hallmark of our Heaps Good Bevvies.

Flavour Profile

A South Australian take on popular Italian liqueur, Limoncello. The inclusion of locally grown Orange and Ruby Red Grapefruit has softened it and the result is a citrusy, sweet and syrupy liqueur that is completely more-ish. Most people drink it over ice – lots of ice in the cup, couple shots of Heaps Good Cello liqueur and you’re done – Simple! Otherwise, you can lengthen it with tonic, soda, lemon line & bitters. Pop it in your bubbles, use it in a spritz or drizzle over your ice cream!
