Description

It's back! We didn't make anywhere near enough last year, but you loved it so much we've bought it back again!

Chilli Mandarin Gin was awarded a silver medal at the 2023 Australian Gin Awards (yay!).

The base of the gin is our Gold Medal winning Victor Harbor Gin, just tweaked slightly and with added mandarin for a citrus pop and chilli for warmth.

This one won't put hairs on your chest with heat. It has warmth without the big chilli burn, but plenty of chilli flavour.

Enjoy with tonic, soda, or ginger beer with a slice of lime (yum!).

Makes great martini with a little dry vermouth and twist of orange.
Mild on the palate with a subtle little heat on the back.
Glad we ordered 2 at the time.

Love this gin. You can taste just a slight chilli taste not to overpowering and the flavours mix really well

Very nice over ice. Bundaberg Gingerbeer also goes great.

How To Enjoy

Flavour Profile

Bright, juicy mandarin bursts through first, bringing a sweet-citrus pop, before gentle waves of chilli warmth roll in.

It’s built on our smooth Victor Harbor Gin base, so you get that savoury, coastal depth underneath the spice. The heat’s more of a cuddle than a punch - enough to wake up the palate without blowing your head off - and the chilli flavour lingers beautifully with the citrus.

Try it in a Spicy Mule with ginger beer and lime, shake it into a Spicy Espresso Martini for a rich kick, or simply pour over ice with tonic for an easy sipper that still has plenty of attitude.
