Description

Blue lake Gin is as smooth as your best chat-up line. Bursting with fruity quandong and silky wattleseed, It's Mount Gambier magic in a bottle. Add a touch of tonic and watch it transform into a vibrant purple!

The third drop in our Spirit of SA Series, Blue Lake Gin is a nod to the magic of Mount Gambier’s most iconic natural wonder. Crafted with wild-harvested Quandong and native Wattleseed - both sourced from the Limestone Coast - this gin is bursting with bold South Aussie flavour.

Its vibrant blue hue? That comes from butterfly pea, a natural flower that changes colour when mixed with tonic.

Our 200ml bottles are perfect for sampling something new, expanding your collection of flavours or as cute little gifts!

Most enjoyable in a G&T and love the colour change from that beautiful blue to the delicate purple.

Nice and smooth Gin. Love the colour and how it changes from blue to purple. It's a fun experience. Nice just over ice as well.

How To Enjoy

Flavour Profile

A vibrant, native Australian gin with bold juniper, tart quandong, and earthy wattleseed. Bright citrus meets soft spice, finishing clean with a hint of sweetness and native warmth.

Juniper kicks things off with a bold, piney punch (as it should), before stepping aside for a proper flavour party. There’s tangy quandong bringing peachy vibes, earthy raw wattleseed adding some nutty depth, and a soft herbaceous hum rolling through. Fennel and pepperberry round things out with a warm, spicy finish. It’s native, it’s layered, and it’s bloody delicious!
