Heaps Good Negroni Spritz Recipe
You'll need:
- 30ml Heaps Good Gin
- 30ml bold vermouth
- 30ml ruby bitters
- Splash of sparkling wine
- Ice
- Orange slices
How to make it:
- Add gin, vermouth and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir till nicely chilled.
- Strain into a wine glass over ice (big cube if you’ve got it).
- Top with a splash of sparkling wine.
- Chuck in some orange. Done.
Why It Works
You’ve got that classic Negroni bitterness, but the bubbles lift it and make it way more drinkable. Still bold, just a bit more sessionable (dangerous combo).
