Elderflower spritz time… surely!
This is one of those “no thinking required” drinks. Big glass, chuck it all in, happy days.
Elderflower Spritz Recipe
You'll need:
- 30ml Heaps Good Gin
- 15ml elderflower liqueur
- 60ml sparkling wine
- Big scoop of ice
- Top with soda
- Garnish: dried citrus + a good whack of mint
How to make it:
- Build it straight in your biggest wine glass.
- Add everything.
- Give it a gentle stir.
- Sip immediately.
Why It Works
Light, floral, a bit citrusy, super refreshing. One of those drinks that disappears faster than it should.
(No elderflower liqueur? Sub in elderflower tonic and go easy on the soda so it doesn’t get too sweet.)
