Blackberry + gin + cream + foam… sounds like chaos, tastes unreal. Smooth, citrusy, a bit creamy, then that blackberry cuts through it all.
Blackberry Ramos Recipe
You'll need:
- 45ml Heaps Good Gin
- 25ml blackberry liqueur
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml cream
- Wonderfoam / egg white / aquafaba
- Soda water
- Ice
- Mint (for garnish)
How to make it:
- Everything except soda into a shaker with ice.
- Shake it hard (like… actually hard).
- Strain into a tall glass.
- Top with soda.
- Chuck some mint on top. Done.
Why It Works
Cream + foam makes it smooth as, lemon keeps it fresh, blackberry brings the flavour.
It shouldn’t work this well… but it does.
