Bee Sting Gin Cocktail Recipe
You'll need:
- 60 ml Chilli Mandarin Gin
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml honey syrup (1:1 honey & hot water)
- Ice
- Fresh chilli, sliced (to garnish)
How to make it:
- First, make the hot honey syrup by dissolving a cup of honey in a mug with a cup of hot water
- Add the Chilli Mandarin Gin, lemon juice and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a glass.
- Garnish with a few slices of fresh chilli and serve.
