You'll need:
- 45 ml Chocolate Ginspresso
- 30 ml vodka
- 30 ml fresh espresso shot
- ¼ teaspoon peppermint extractIce
- Fresh mint (to garnish)
- Mini candy cane (to garnish)
- Powdered sugar (to dust)
How to make it:
- Add the Chocolate Ginspresso, vodka, espresso and peppermint extract to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled and a thick layer of foam forms.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a mini candy cane.
- Lightly dust with powdered sugar to finish.
