If you love dessert-style espresso martinis, this one is next level. The Kinder Bueno Ginspresso Martini blends Chocolate Ginspresso, classic Ginspresso, vanilla caramel and fresh coffee for a rich, layered cocktail inspired by the iconic chocolate bar.
It’s creamy, nutty, chocolatey and unapologetically indulgent - the kind of drink that doubles as dessert!
Kinder Bueno Espresso Martini Recipe
You'll need:
- 30 ml Chocolate Ginspresso
- 30 ml Ginspresso
- 30 ml vanilla extract or syrup (reduced to caramel - see below)
- 30 ml fresh espresso
- Kinder Bueno bars (for infusion & garnish)
- Ice
How to make it:
- Gently simmer vanilla extract in a small saucepan until it thickens slightly into a caramel consistency. Add pieces of Kinder Bueno and stir until melted and infused. Allow to cool.
- Add Chocolate Ginspresso, Ginspresso, the cooled vanilla caramel and fresh coffee to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled and a thick foam forms.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with a piece of Kinder Bueno on top.
Why It Works
Chocolate Ginspresso brings mocha depth, classic Ginspresso adds coffee backbone, and the infused vanilla caramel gives creamy sweetness with subtle hazelnut-chocolate notes from the Kinder Bueno.
The result? A chocolate caramel espresso martini that’s rich but balanced. You get smooth coffee bitterness cutting through indulgent sweetness.
