Description
Blue lake Gin is as smooth as your best chat-up line!
Bursting with fruity quandong and silky wattleseed, It's Mount Gambier magic in a bottle. Add a touch of tonic and watch it transform into a vibrant purple!
The third drop in our Spirit of SA Series, Blue Lake Gin is a nod to the magic of Mount Gambier’s most iconic natural wonder. Crafted with wild-harvested Quandong and native Wattleseed - both sourced from the Limestone Coast - this gin is bursting with bold South Aussie flavour.
Its vibrant blue hue? That comes from butterfly pea, a natural flower that changes colour when mixed with tonic.
How do I drink it?
- Classic G&T (watch it change colour!)
- With soda water
- Over ice or neat
- Blue gin sour: with lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white
- French 75: with sparkling wine, lemon juice and syrup

Flavour Profile
A vibrant, native Australian gin with bold juniper, tart quandong, and earthy wattleseed. Bright citrus meets soft spice, finishing clean with a hint of sweetness and native warmth.
Juniper kicks things off with a bold, piney punch (as it should), before stepping aside for a proper flavour party. There’s tangy quandong bringing peachy vibes, earthy raw wattleseed adding some nutty depth, and a soft herbaceous hum rolling through. Fennel and pepperberry round things out with a warm, spicy finish. It’s native, it’s layered, and it’s bloody delicious!
