Why Coffee & Whisky?

For years, gin has been our world. But as our palates evolved, so did our curiosity, and we found ourselves falling in love with great whisky.

So, we rolled up our sleeves and started making our own.

After the success of Ginspresso, and with our love of coffee, Barrel Brew felt like the natural next step.

By combining our own whisky with real cold brew coffee, we've created something rich, smooth and full of character. Less sweet than your typical coffee liqueur, with the warmth and depth of whisky still shining through.

We're incredibly proud of how it's turned out, and we can't wait to share it with you!

How would I serve Barrel Brew?

Barrel Brew is incredibly versatile. Enjoy it neat, over ice, with a splash of milk, or use it to create rich whisky-based cocktails. It's also great over ice cream or with a splash of cola.

However you serve it, the whisky and coffee flavours are designed to shine.

What does Barrel Brew taste like?

Think rich roasted coffee, with smooth whisky warmth and subtle spice. It's full-bodied and flavourful, but not overly sweet like many traditional coffee liqueurs.

What is Barrel Brew made from?

Barrel Brew is crafted using our own whisky and real cold brew coffee, infused to create a rich, smooth coffee liqueur with depth and character. No shortcuts, just quality ingredients and plenty of time spent getting the balance right.

When will Barrel Brew be available?
