This one looks fancy… and yeah, it kinda is - but still very doable.
Think White Lady vibes, but topped with bubbles and a bit of colour going on. Super citrus-forward, nice and frothy, and just feels like a proper Saturday arvo drink.
Turquoise Sabot Recipe
You'll need:
- 45ml Heaps Good Gin
- 22.5ml orange liqueur (blue if you want that colour pop)
- 22.5ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml aquafaba (or egg white)
- 15ml sugar syrup (1:1)
- 50ml Prosecco
- Ice
- Dehydrated orange slice
How to make it:
- Add gin, orange liqueur, lemon, sugar syrup and aquafaba to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake hard till super cold and foamy.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice. Done.
Why It Works
It’s all citrus and balance: lemon + orange up front, sweetness to round it out, then prosecco lifts it and keeps it light. The foam gives it that silky texture so it still feels a bit fancy.
Looks impressive. Drinks easy.
