Turquoise Sabot

Turquoise Sabot

This one looks fancy… and yeah, it kinda is - but still very doable.

Think White Lady vibes, but topped with bubbles and a bit of colour going on. Super citrus-forward, nice and frothy, and just feels like a proper Saturday arvo drink.

Turquoise Sabot Recipe

You'll need:

  • 45ml Heaps Good Gin
  • 22.5ml orange liqueur (blue if you want that colour pop)
  • 22.5ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20ml aquafaba (or egg white)
  • 15ml sugar syrup (1:1)
  • 50ml Prosecco
  • Ice
  • Dehydrated orange slice

How to make it:

  • Add gin, orange liqueur, lemon, sugar syrup and aquafaba to a shaker.
  • Add ice and shake hard till super cold and foamy.
  • Strain into a coupe glass.
  • Top with Prosecco.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice. Done.

Why It Works

It’s all citrus and balance: lemon + orange up front, sweetness to round it out, then prosecco lifts it and keeps it light. The foam gives it that silky texture so it still feels a bit fancy.

Looks impressive. Drinks easy.
