Outer Sunset Recipe
You'll need:
- 60ml Heaps Good Gin
- 30ml mandarin juice
- 15ml bergamot syrup
- 10ml lemon juice
- 45ml mandarin soda
- Ice
- Mandarin wedge + mint
How to make it:
- Add everything except soda to a shaker with ice.
- Shake till cold.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Top with mandarin soda.
- Garnish with mandarin + mint. Done.
