This one’s a bit more on the refined side… but still very drinkable.
Super smooth, nice citrus hit, and that silky foam on top just ties it all together. Feels fancy, but it’s actually pretty straightforward once you get the hang of the shake.
Eagle Gin Sour Recipe
You'll need:
- 60ml Heaps Good Gin
- 10ml Parfait Amour
- 15ml lemon juice
- 10ml simple syrup
- 30ml egg white
How to make it:
- Add everything to a shaker (no ice yet).
- Dry shake first to get that foam going.
- Add ice and shake again till cold.
- Double strain into a cocktail glass.
- Admire foam. Sip.
Why It Works
The gin’s doing the heavy lifting here - citrusy, smooth, bit of that saltbush rounding everything out. Lemon brightens it up, sugar balances it, and the egg white gives that silky texture.
Parfait Amour adds just a subtle floral twist without taking over.
